Does the Detox Kit contain enough product to last 21 days? Yes. Our Detox Kits are designed to be used with the program outlined in the bestselling book, 21 Pounds in 21 Days The Martha's Vineyard Diet Detox by Roni DeLuz. The kits contain enough supplements to last 30 days. That means you will have enough product to last the 21 day detox and the 9 day maintenance. What do I need to follow the detox? We recommend that you begin with the great book, 21 Pounds in 21 Days The Martha's Vineyard Diet Detox by Roni DeLuz. Next, you should purchase a Complete Detox Kit. This will provide the best value for your detox. Some detoxers add additional helpful items such as MegaZymes Digestive Enzymes, an additional bottle of GojiSplash, 2 additional packages of Inner Cleanse, Aloe vera juice, stevia and an herbal laxative such as Smooth Move Tea or Swiss Kriss tablets. For the best detox, you should purchase the Deluxe 19 Piece Detox Kit, which includes all the products recommended by Dr. Roni. This will give you added savings on products that most detoxers purchase to compliment their detox. How do I choose the flavors that I want for my powders? There are drop down boxes for every selection you can make. Simply click the arrow and click on your choice. Why do you include a protein shake in your detox kit when I don't see one called for in the daily supplement schedule? The protein shakes are used for ending your detox. Do you ship to Post Office Boxes? We gladly ship to PO Boxes. Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii? Yes. We ship to Alaska & Hawaii. You must purchase an extended shipping plan for Alaska & Hawaii when you purchase your order. Do you ship to Canada? We can ship to Canada. You must purchase an extended shipping plan for Canada. You may also be responsible for duty fees. We have no control over these fees and cannot accept packages in return should you refuse to pay the duty fees when your package arrives. If you refuse the package when it arrives with duty fees COD, there will be a $35 restocking fee applied to your account plus any applicable shipping charges. Do you offer Expedited Shipping? Yes. We offer Second Day and Next Business Day shipping. Simply add your desired Extended Shipping Plan to your cart before checkout. Please see the next question for detailed instructions on how to add this shipping method. What is an extended shipping plan and how do I add one to my shopping cart? An extended shipping plan is an additional shipping charge for packages being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada or for Expedited Shipping in the 48 States. To avoid order delay, you must add the appropriate extended shipping plan to your shopping cart before checking out with your order. You can find the extended shipping plans on our catalog page. Click on Product Catalog in the Navigation Bar. Click on Extended Shipping Plans. Choose the appropriate plan and add it to your cart. I am allergic to nuts. Are your products safe for me? According to our manufacturer, our Garden Greens products do not contain nuts and are not manufactured in a facility that processes nuts. I received an item slightly different than the item pictured. Why? Due to occasional manufacturer's shortages, we reserve the right to substitute products with a like product of equal or greater value without notice. The substituted products will still work great with your detox plan. I placed my order but I did not receive a confirmation email from you. How
do I know that my order went through? When will my order ship? You
will receive your order confirmation from Paypal after your order is completed. When your order ships, you will receive
an automated email from FedEx containing your tracking information. We ship our orders in the order that they are received.
Generally, there is a 2-3 day processing time on most orders, although this time varies. Occasionally, we may require
a longer processing time. Sometimes orders leave our warehouse the same day. Do you accept returns?
Sorry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Should you refuse your package when it arrives, your account will be charged a $35 restocking fee in addition to any applicable shipping charges. |
